Refunds for Online Courses
Metal Mastermind offers a 14-day risk-free guarantee for our online access courses only. Our information pages for our courses are detailed and transparent. Because of that and the quality of the content we offer, it is not typical to receive such requests. Downloadable courses do NOT fall under this category and are non-refundable.
Refunds for Individual Coaching Sessions
Metal Mastermind may refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. There are no refunds after having or during your scheduled session. If you miss your session due to non-attendance for reasons but not limited to: time zone misreadings, internet issues, etc. you are not entitled to a refund.
Lateness to Your Individual Coaching Sessions
You are given a 15 minute grace period to attend your lesson. If you do not show, we will consider this a no-show and will proceed to cancel your session with no refunds.
Rescheduling Individual Coaching Sessions
You may reschedule before the 48-hour-window of your scheduled time. If you attempt to reschedule within 48-hours, your session is at risk of being cancelled with no refunds. Please understand that rescheduling too close to your session takes time away from other students being able to sign up for classes.
Policy for Sequential Coaching Packages
In order to qualify for a sequential coaching package, you will be screened and given a fifteen minute one-on-one interview to see if you qualify for this special deal. It is mutually agreed upon between you and your coach to see if you will be a good fit for each other. Once you proceed, you are making a formal commitment to work with your coach once a week at a time that works best for you both for the allotted time of your purchase. Once you begin, there is absolutely no reimbursement for your purchase. If you cannot meet with your coach that week, by default you forfeit that lesson without reimbursement. It is up to the discretion of your coach to allot additional time to make-up for a missed lesson, which is not a guarantee.
Refunds for Merch Items
We only replace merch items (t-shirts, mugs, hats, etc.) if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to discuss your options.
